Please note that the pattern is not included with the 2026 Fractals CAL Subscription, it must be purchased separately from Nautikrall Crochet.

Any changes to your subscription must be requested by the subscription close date. Once the subscription has closed, we’re unable to make any further modifications, including caking services, quantities, base selections, or cancellations.

 

Subscribers

Shipment Timeline: Your monthly Fractals colorway will ship mid-month each month from December 2025 through November 2026.

Joining Yarn: The Fractals Joining Yarn preorder will open Monday, February 3, 2026 and will remain open for one week. All Fractals subscribers will receive an exclusive coupon code by email for the Joining Yarn preorder. If you prefer not to wait for the Joining Yarn preorder, our semisolid in-stock yarns are always available to shop.

Subscription Interruptions: Please ensure your payment details are up to date to avoid any interruption or cancellation of your subscription. Monthly subscription payments will be processed around the 1st of each month throughout the entirety of the subscription.

Update Payment Method: If you need to update your payment method, please note that the process depends on how you checked out. If you used Shop Pay, you can follow their instructions to update your payment details. If you checked out directly through our website, you’ll need to update your payment method within your customer account on hueloco.com.

Cancelations: Fractal skeins are dyed-to-order based on November subscription sign-ups, so we ask that customers be fully committed when subscribing. Subscription cannot be canceled mid-subscription. If you choose to withdraw, your eligibility for future yarn subscriptions will be limited. Each skein is dyed specifically for subscribers, and cancellations result in a loss for the company.

If you receive your monthly subscription and notice any damaged items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. If your subscription shipment does not arrive, please reach out within 60 days of the anticipated delivery date. Requests submitted after these periods cannot be accommodated.

 

Non-Subscribers

  • Subscription sign-ups have now closed. The only way to purchase colorways from this CAL is through our Fractals Extras.  
  • Fractals Extras are released on the 1st Friday of each month at 8am MST through November on the homepage of www.hueloco.com. Availability is first come, first served. Once they sell out, no additional skeins will be available on the website.
  • Participation in the 2026 Fractals CAL is not required to purchase Fractals Extras. These skeins are available to anyone who would like them!
