Refund policy
We realize that sometimes a purchase just doesn't work out. We've made it easy for you to initiate a return yourself! Read below for conditions.
Items eligible for return: in-stock speckled & semisolid colorways across full skein bases and minis, in-stock fall palette mini & 50 sets, in-stock seasonal sets, mini bundles of the month, sock sets of the month, 5 skein fades, kit listings
Domestic purchases may be returned within 14 days of receiving them, all items returned must be in their original packaging and undamaged. Damage could include but is not limited to: pet hair, smoke, perfume, caked skeins, and/or yarn cut into with scissors. Items received for return that are found to be in an unsellable state are not eligible for a refund. Such items will not be sent back to you.
Items ineligible for return: all caked items, collections (preordered, throwback & ready-to-ship extras), dyed-to-order purchases, all pre-ordered items, sale items, retiring items, holiday themed items, extravaganza items and gift cards
At this time, international orders are not eligible for return.

Returns are processed once received and inspected. We highly recommend purchasing our “Free Returns & Package Protection” option upon checkout. This provides package replacement if your order is lost, stolen or damaged as well as free exchanges, returns or store credit on your order. You must file a claim within 30 days of the last tracking update to utilize this option.
If you chose not to purchase the package coverage, you are responsible for filing a claim on any lost, stolen or damaged packages and for the cost of any return shipping expenses. Please be sure to look over your item upon receiving it as returns cannot be accepted past the 14 day mark. If you were accidentally shipped the wrong items, we will cover the return shipping label and send you the correct items free of charge.
Package protection exchanges will be dropped into the mail within 5 business days, package protection store credit will be available at the time of refund approval. Any refunds will be processed through your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to process returns with a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please email us at orders@hueloco.com within 14 days of receiving your package. If we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any replacements.
Subscription Orders
If you receive your monthly subscription and notice any damaged items, please contact us at orders@hueloco.com within 14 days of delivery. If your subscription shipment does not arrive, please reach out within 60 days of the anticipated delivery date. Requests submitted after these periods cannot be accommodated.
Address Input Errors
If you make an error upon inputting your address or your address hasn't been updated and we receive your order back undeliverable, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you choose not to pay the return shipping cost within a 30 day window on any non-refundable items, you will forfeit the cost of the items. Email orders@hueloco.com for help.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days please check your bank account and contact your credit card company or other method of payment. If you’ve done this and you’re confident the refund hasn’t been processed, please contact me at nicole@hueloco.com.
Stockists
We cannot return Hue Loco yarn purchased from local yarn shops. Please return your item to where it was purchased from, individual yarn shops will have their own polices around returns.
